  • Data Analyst - Commercial Team

    We are seeking an analytical and detailed oriented Data Analyst to join our Customer Success Team to provide actionable insights to our customers and internal teams, and drive initiatives to streamline acquisition and ingestion of customer related data.?


    The ideal candidate is someone who’s technically strong in gathering, analyzing and reporting data.


    What You’ll Do:

    • Work closely with customers and prospects to assist with data acquisition, mapping, transformation process
    • Demonstrate GrowthCode’s value to customers by working closely with the Customer Success team to support customer facing business and operational reviews
    • Create, update and evolve Customer Success dashboards and metrics for internal teams and leadership
    • Work on other data related initiatives as assigned
    • Perform both regular and ad hoc analyses around key business questions that pertain to the Sales, Marketing and CS organizations.
    • Help define KPIs and build dashboards to track operational efficiency
    • Build and maintain reports, models, and dashboards around these key metrics to monitor and improve performance
    • Translate complicated analyses into actionable insights; communicate those insights clearly to partners
    • Provide analytical support as needed to the rest of the business operations team. Some examples include sales dashboards, marketing efficiency metrics and customer success insights.
    • Auditing and cleaning existing dashboards and ensuring data quality when building net new dashboards.

    The Essentials...

    • -Minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience working with SQL and translating complex data questions into meaningful insights for non-technical stakeholders
    • High level of written and verbal communication skills required for this position
    • Comfort with predictive modeling techniques a plusExperience building dashboards in Tableau or any other visualization tool is a plus
    • Analytical and excellent attention to detailReporting and data visualization skills using software such as Tableau or Excel
    • Understanding of data warehousing and ETL techniques
    • Comfortable with cloud technologies and able leverage open-source tools
    • Knowledge of data acquisition, cleaning and transforming techniques
    • Strong technical aptitude and a passion for technologyStrong written/verbal communication skills

  • Client Success Manager - Commercial Team

    We are looking for a Client Success Manager with a strong background in digital publishing. You will be responsible for new client implementation and relationship management as well as ensuring adoption and engagement with the GrowthCode platform. Client Success Managers play an integral role in our business, building strong working relationships with each and every client and driving annual renewals and upsells. This role will work cross-functionally, building relationships with Sales, Business Development and Product Management to accelerate usage and relay client needs.


    You will work closely with marketing, sales, product and technology to create a world-class customer experience. To be effective in this role, you’ll need to be personable and outgoing, creative and strategic, an effective communicator and collaborative with other departments.


    The Client Success Manager (CSM) will serve as the point-of-contact for all client inquiries. The CSM is responsible for overall client satisfaction, strategy, and program delivery for assigned accounts.


    What you do….

    • Serve as the primary POC for clients
    • Establish consultative and positive relationships with clients
    • Ensure client expectations are exceeded consistently
    • Drive upsell opportunities into GrowthCode’s existing client base
    • Transition new clients into the company seamlessly and create consistent process across all clients
    • Develop standard methodologies and process strategies
    • Understand client business goals and anticipate future needs to deliver efficient solutions
    • Drive planning sessions to ensure client is able to fully utilize GrowthCode to meet their performance
    • Focus on client retention, growth, renewal, and client satisfaction, and exceed client expectations
    • Conduct quarterly business reviews and check in points with key clients
    • Phenomenal interpersonal skills and organized project management
    • Elicit client feedback to act as internal advocate for our clients
    • Communicate regularly with the customer to evaluate satisfaction

    The Essentials...


    • 2+ years of experience working in a Sales Planning or Client Services role
    • Proven track record of providing excellent customer service
    • Familiarity with digital tools and technology platforms including CRM (experience with HubSpot is a plus)
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Experience in data analysis and Excel work
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to relay technical concepts to non-technical audiences
    • Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated experience in cross-functional collaboration
    • Demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships and consistently exceed service goals
    • Excellent attention to detail and ability to organize and prioritize assignments
    • Analytical thinking with ability to drive insights from data
    • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with the ability to learn and apply new concepts and tools quickly
    • BA/BS from a 4-year university or equivalent experience

  • Junior Engineer - Tech Team

    Junior Engineer


    As a Junior Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining software applications using Go and other full stack technologies. You will work closely with a team of experienced engineers to design and implement new features, troubleshoot and debug existing code, and improve the overall performance and reliability of our applications.


    In this role, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow your skills in Go and full stack development, as well as gain experience with cloud services. You will be expected to keep up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices, and to apply your knowledge and skills to tackle challenging problems.


    To be successful in this role, you should have a strong foundation in computer science, with experience in Go and full stack development. You should also be familiar with cloud services and have a desire to learn and apply new technologies.
