Your Right to Opt Out

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), and similar state privacy laws, you have the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information. GrowthCode respects this right and provides multiple ways for you to exercise it.

What Does “Sale” or “Sharing” Mean?

Under CCPA, a “sale” includes any exchange of personal information for monetary or other valuable consideration, and “sharing” includes making personal information available to third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising. As described in our Privacy Policy, GrowthCode shares pseudonymous consumer identity data (such as GrowthCode Identity IDs, hashed email addresses, and associated signals) with publisher clients, demand-side partners, and Universal ID partner networks as part of our identity resolution services. This may constitute a “sale” or “sharing” under applicable law.

How to Opt Out

You may exercise your right to opt out using any of the following methods:

1. Submit the Form Below

Complete the opt-out request form below. We will process your request and confirm completion within 15 business days.

2. Email Us Directly

Send an email to privacy@growthcode.io with the subject line “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information.” Please include enough information for us to verify your identity and locate your data (for example, your email address or other identifiers you believe may be associated with our records).

3. Use Global Privacy Control (GPC)

GrowthCode honors the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. If your browser sends a GPC signal, we will automatically treat it as a valid opt-out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. No additional action is required on your part.

What Happens After You Opt Out

Once we process your opt-out request:

• We will stop selling or sharing your personal information with third parties for the purposes described above.
• We will retain a record of your opt-out request to ensure ongoing compliance.
• Opting out will not affect any data processing that is not a “sale” or “sharing” under applicable law, such as data used to provide services you have requested or to comply with legal obligations.

Non-Discrimination

GrowthCode will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights. You will not receive a different level or quality of service for submitting an opt-out request.

Additional Privacy Rights
