Your Right to Opt Out

GrowthCode, LLC is registered as a data broker in California, Texas, and Vermont. This page explains your rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA), the Texas Data Broker Act and Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA), Vermont’s data broker law, and other applicable state laws.

Under these laws, you have the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information collected through publisher networks and partner networks as part of our identity resolution services. This may constitute a “sale” or “sharing” under applicable law.

How to Opt Out

You may exercise your right to opt out using any of the following methods.

Method 1 — Submit the Form Below

Complete the opt-out request form below. We process requests and confirm completion within 15 business days.

Method 2 — Email Us Directly

Send an opt-out or deletion request to delete@growthcode.iowith the subject line “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information.” Include enough information for us to verify your identity and locate your data (for example, your email address or other identifiers you believe may be associated with our records).

This address handles all opt-out and deletion requests. Requests sent to our general privacy inbox will not be actioned as opt-outs. See Contact below.

Method 3 — Use Global Privacy Control (GPC)

GrowthCode honors the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal for California and Texas residents. If your browser sends a GPC signal, we automatically treat it as an opt-out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, and as an opt-out of targeted advertising and sale under the TDPSA where applicable. No additional action is required on your part.

Method 4 — California Residents: Use DROP

California residents may also submit a deletion request through the California Privacy Protection Agency’s Delete Request and Opt-Out Platform (DROP) at cppa.ca.gov. GrowthCode is registered with DROP and checks it on a weekly cycle, more frequently than the 45-day minimum required by California law. You don’t need to submit a request directly to GrowthCode if you use DROP.

Texas Data Broker Disclosures

GrowthCode, LLC is registered as a data broker with the Texas Secretary of State under Chapter 509/510 of the Texas Business and Commerce Code.

Texas residents may exercise their rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, including the right to:

• Confirm whether GrowthCode is processing your personal data
• Access the personal data GrowthCode holds about you
• Correct inaccuracies in your personal data
• Delete your personal data
• Obtain a portable copy of your personal data
• Opt out of targeted advertising, the sale of personal data, and certain profiling in furtherance of decisions with legal or similarly significant effects

To exercise any of these rights, use the form above, email delete@growthcode.io, or send a GPC signal as described above.

GrowthCode does not knowingly collect personal data from children age 12 or under. In the past 12 months, GrowthCode has experienced zero reportable security incidents.

What Happens After You Opt Out

Once we process your opt-out request:

• We stop selling or sharing your personal information with third parties for the purposes described above.
• We retain a record of your opt-out request for compliance purposes.
• For deletion, access, confirmation, and portability requests, we will notify you in writing by email whether we located personal information associated with your request and what action we took.
• For opt-out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising requests, we will confirm in writing by email that we have honored your opt-out.
• Opting out does not affect data processing that isn’t a “sale” or “sharing” under applicable law, such as data used to provide services you requested or to comply with legal obligations.

Non-Discrimination

GrowthCode will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights. You will not receive a different level or quality of service for submitting an opt-out or deletion request.

Additional Privacy Rights
